Deliveries Policy

Shipments of products:

After confirming the order, we will ship all items ordered by the Buyer, subject to availability. The carrier, DHL International, undertakes by contract to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by us. 

The Delivery time is 2 business days (average time) for all items in stock. All orders placed are intended for personal use by customers. We cannot be held responsible from legal liability if the acquittal of taxes was not made by the client. 

The possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages. In case of defects, the buyer has the right of return as provided in this document. 

The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your package upon arrival. You have a period of 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged. 

The customer only pays for one delivery. If the client wishes 2 places of delivery, he spent two orders, with delivery charge. 

Product Verification:

The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery. To report damage to the carrier on the delivery order and issue a finding of spoliation.

To allow the return of the parcel for an exchange or for refund within two business days, after which time we reserves the right to accept the return.

Product Returns:

 In case of exchange or refund request, the item(s) should be shipped back in their original packaging, undamaged, with all the accessories, user manuals and documentation. A refund is possible within seven days, a credit or exchange within fifteen days. 

Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid by the client, except for actual shipping costs if they were fully covered by us. Repayment is due within a maximum of 15 days. 

Delays products:

In case of late delivery, contact us so we can start the investigation process with DHL. If the product is not found after 21 days of investigation, the parcel is considered lost. It is only then that we can send you a replacement atour expense or if the product ordered were not available at this time, we will refund the amount of revenue. We disclaim any responsibility for the longer delivery times because of carrier, including a strike.
